My Bio

Welcome! My name is Tanna Dean and I am very excited to share my love of gardening, movement and the outdoors with you and your child.

I was raised on a farm in Illinois surrounded by horses, cows, chickens, turkeys and corn… lots and lots of corn. It was here that I developed a love of family farms and nature. I met my husband at ASU and we moved to New England to raise our son and daughter. During that time I graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and worked as an Assistant Teacher in the toddler room at a small Montessori school in the area. Three years ago we moved back to the Southwest.

When I am not at San Tan Charter School I enjoy walking, hiking, gardening, yoga, and volunteering at the local botanical garden.
