My Why Story

I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Colorado Springs. After graduating from high school I moved to Phoenix to attend Grand Canyon University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health Education. Ever since I was a child I wanted to teach and have found so much joy in explaining information to others and teaching them new concepts. I love the relationships that can form in teaching settings and the lasting impact I have the potential to make in my students’ lives.

This will be my first year at San Tan Charter School. I am so excited to be able to teach science and robotics to the 7^th and 8^th grade students at the Power Campus!
